At eklexic, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

Production & Processing Time

• Orders take 1–5 business days to produce and ship, even if expedited shipping is selected.
• If you need your order sooner, rush production may be available for an additional $30 fee. Please note your rush request in the order comments. A sales representative will contact you if approved.
• Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) – FREE on all orders.
• Insured Guaranteed Economy – $10.97.
• UPS® (Discounted rates from Shopify) – Calculated at checkout + $10 handling fee.
• USPS® (Discounted rates from Shopify) – Calculated at checkout + $8 handling fee.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, and DHL. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees on international shipments.
• We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or additional fees incurred during international transit.

Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Eklexic Jewelry assumes responsibility for your order while it is in our possession. Once delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier.
• We are not liable for carrier choice, delays, or errors caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or customs authorities.
• We do not use customer-provided shipping accounts.

Fulfillment Schedule

• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM (PST) are processed the same day and shipped within 2 business days (unless out of stock).
• Orders placed Monday–Friday after 1:00 PM (PST) are processed the next business day and shipped within 2 business days (unless out of stock).
• Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM (PST) or over the weekend are processed on Monday and shipped within 2 business days.
• If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

• If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us at info@eklexic.com within 10 minutes of purchase to request a correction.
• Orders returned to sender due to customer address errors will incur an $11 re-shipping fee for domestic orders.
• The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees in cases of incorrect address entry.

Package Delivered but Not Received

Eklexic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If your package has not been delivered after 21 days, please contact our customer service team for further investigation.

Delays Due to External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Unforeseen weather conditions
• Carrier technical issues
• Customs delays (for international orders)

If your package is returned to Eklexic for these reasons, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Final Sale

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any styles.
• Fine jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests only for store credit or exchange (excluding fine jewelry).

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• Jewelry showing any signs of wear will be returned to you.
• All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Important Notes

• Store credits cannot be combined with any sale, discount, or promo codes.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

How to Start a Return

   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you wish to exchange or return for store credit
   • For exchanges: the desired item and size (if applicable)

Processing

• Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
• If approved, we will either issue store credit or ship your exchange.
• If there is a price difference on an exchange, we will send an invoice. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Sale & Promotional Items

• Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Store credit cannot be used with other sales or promo codes, and discount codes cannot be stacked.
• Price adjustments: Eklexic Jewelry does not offer price adjustments on any orders. All prices, sales, and promotional offers are valid only at the time the order is placed. Sale pricing, promotional discounts, or updated promotional offers will not be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the launch of a particular sale or promotion, even if the order has not yet shipped. Promotional pricing is valid exclusively for purchases made during the active dates of the designated promotion.

2. We'll review and confirm next steps.
3. We will send a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the incorrect item, we'll ship the correct one at no cost.

Please note that the colors and finishes you see on our website may differ slightly from the actual product due to variations in computer monitor and mobile device displays.

Our eklexic brass jewelry is plated with either 10k gold, 14k gold, or rhodium. To ensure the longevity of your brass jewelry, it's important to avoid exposure to water. We recommend removing your jewelry before activities like exercising, bathing, or swimming, and try to prevent contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, or hair products. By taking these precautions, you'll extend the durability of your jewelry.

Cleaning and Maintenance

For regular cleaning, we suggest using a damp, soft cloth to gently wipe your plated jewelry. Always make sure the piece is completely dry before wearing it again. Harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths should be avoided as they can affect the finish. Please remember that while our jewelry is not classified as fine jewelry, following these care instructions is highly recommended.

Proper Storage Matters

After wearing your eklexic jewelry, store it in a safe, dry place, ideally laid flat and away from direct light, moisture, and extreme heat. To prevent scratching or rubbing against other pieces, consider storing each item separately.
