At Eklexic Jewelry, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Eklexic Jewelry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

Production & Processing Time

• Orders typically require 1–5 business days for production and processing before shipment, even if expedited shipping is selected.
• Orders are shipped as soon as production is complete.
• If you need your order sooner, Rush Production may be available for an additional $30 USD. Please include your request in the order comments. Rush production is subject to approval, and a member of our team will contact you if your request can be accommodated.

Shipping Estimates

Processing times and carrier transit times are separate.

For domestic Economy Shipping, orders typically require 1–5 business days for processing plus an estimated 5–8 business days in carrier transit. This results in a typical total timeframe of approximately 6–13 business days from the order date.

These timeframes are estimates only and are provided for informational purposes. Eklexic Jewelry does not guarantee shipment dates, delivery dates, or delivery timeframes.

Any estimated shipment date, delivery date, or transit time provided by Eklexic Jewelry or the shipping carrier is an estimate only.

Shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor shortages, public holidays, high shipping volume, governmental actions, force majeure events, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, reimbursement, chargeback, or reimbursement of shipping charges, except where required by applicable law.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Economy Shipping (Estimated 5–8 business days transit): FREE
• Insured Guaranteed Economy: $10.97
• UPS®️ (Discounted Shopify Rates): Calculated at checkout + $10 handling fee
• USPS®️ (Discounted Shopify Rates): Calculated at checkout + $8 handling fee

Transit times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using USPS®️, UPS®️, DHL®️, and other carrier partners.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, tariffs, import taxes, governmental assessments, customs processing fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase unless expressly stated at checkout.

Eklexic Jewelry does not collect, estimate, control, reimburse, or refund customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, import fees, or other governmental charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all import laws and regulations of the destination country.

Eklexic Jewelry is not responsible for customs inspections, customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, seizures, confiscations, destruction of merchandise, or any action taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies.

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Eklexic Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, invalid, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Orders shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout shall be deemed properly fulfilled.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded, replaced, or reshipped unless the original package is successfully returned to Eklexic Jewelry.

If the original package is returned to us, reshipment will only occur after payment of all applicable shipping charges, carrier charges, and processing fees.

If the original package is not returned to Eklexic Jewelry, no refund, replacement, store credit, or complimentary reshipment will be issued.

Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address, shipping method, recipient information, or delivery instructions.

Any requested changes are made solely as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's routing, policies, procedures, and operations.

Eklexic Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, routing errors, delivery exceptions, missed delivery attempts, carrier scanning errors, packages delayed in transit, or other carrier-related events occurring after shipment.

Carrier tracking records may be used as evidence of shipment, attempted delivery, refusal, return, and delivery.

Delivered Packages

A shipment marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered.

Eklexic Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, including deliveries made to mailboxes, apartment offices, leasing offices, mailrooms, parcel lockers, reception desks, concierge services, neighbors, secure locations designated by the carrier, or any location authorized by the customer.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding any shipment marked as delivered.

Returned, Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

Packages returned to Eklexic Jewelry for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Invalid address
• Failure to claim the package
• Refused delivery
• Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, tariffs, or other import charges
• Carrier unable to complete delivery
• Any customer-caused delivery issue

will only be reshipped after payment of:

• All applicable shipping charges;
• Any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier;
• A $20 USD processing fee to cover return handling, inspection, administrative processing, and repackaging.

For international shipments, customers must also pay the full international shipping cost to resend the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders refused while in transit are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If a returned shipment qualifies under our Return Policy, any eligible store credit will be issued only after deducting shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, processing fees, and any other costs incurred by Eklexic Jewelry.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly.

Eklexic Jewelry may, at its sole discretion, assist in initiating a carrier investigation; however, the shipping carrier is solely responsible for determining the outcome of any claim.

Fraud Prevention

Eklexic Jewelry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel any order, require identity verification, require signature confirmation, delay shipment pending verification, or refuse shipment where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or other security concerns are suspected.

Force Majeure

Eklexic Jewelry shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, customs delays, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, utility failures, cyber incidents, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eklexic Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to shipment, delivery, customs actions, carrier performance, delays, theft, loss, incorrect addresses, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Eklexic Jewelry's maximum liability relating to any shipment shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid to Eklexic Jewelry for the merchandise giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Acceptance of Policy
