At Eklexic Jewelry, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Jewelry is only protected under our Lifetime Warranty if the warranty is purchased and added to the order at the time of checkout. Coverage begins on the original date of purchase for the specific item the warranty was purchased for.

What’s Covered

✔ Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
✔ Repair or replacement of clasps, chains, and soldering faults
✔ Complimentary repairs for eligible warranty claims
✔ One-time plating refresh (14k gold plating or rhodium) per lifetime of the original piece

What’s Not Covered

✘ Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, friction, surface wear, tarnishing)
✘ Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal use
✘ Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
✘ Tarnishing or damage caused by exposure to liquids, moisture, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or chemicals
✘ Warranty becomes void if jewelry care guidelines are not followed
✘ Bent, crushed, or broken pieces caused by impact or mishandling
✘ Repairs or modifications performed outside Eklexic Jewelry
✘ Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
✘ Shipping costs to and from Eklexic Jewelry

Warranty Limitations

• One Warranty Covers One Product Only
Each Lifetime Warranty applies to one single piece of jewelry.
To cover multiple items in an order, a separate warranty must be purchased for each piece.

• Warranty Cannot Transfer Between Products in the Same Order
If a warranty is used for a repair or replacement, it cannot be transferred to any other item in that order.

• Warranty Applies Only to the Original Piece Purchased
If the original item is replaced for any reason, the warranty does not apply to the replacement piece.
A new warranty must be purchased for coverage of the new item.

• Warranty Is Void if Jewelry Care Is Not Followed
Exposure to any liquids, including water, lotions, perfumes, sweat, cleaning agents, or chemicals, voids this warranty.

How It Works

1. Email our support team with proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Our specialists will review your claim for eligibility.

3. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at no cost (shipping not included).

4. If the issue is not covered, a repair or replacement quote will be offered.

Important Details

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Eklexic Jewelry.

• Personalized, engraved, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for warranty replacement.

• Eklexic Jewelry determines whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

• Excessive, repeated, or intentional damage may void the warranty.

Jewelry Care Tips

✨ Avoid all liquids: water, lotions, perfumes, sweat, and cleaning products.
✨ Remove jewelry before exercising, bathing, swimming, or heavy activity.
✨ Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
✨ Clean gently with a soft cloth—avoid chemical or liquid jewelry cleaners.
