eklexic brass jewelry is plated in either 10k gold, 14k gold, or rhodium. To ensure the life of brass jewelry, DO NOT expose it to water. Please remove your jewelry while exercising, bathing, and swimming, and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils or hair products. With a little care the durability of the jewelry will be extended.
eklexic recommends cleaning your plated jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish. Please remember that as this is not fine jewelry, eklexic highly recommends that you follow these instructions carefully.
After wear, please ensure jewelry is stored in a safe, dry place that is preferably flat, out of direct light, free from moisture and away from any extreme heat. Please store each piece separately, to prevent any scratching or rubbing from contact with other jewelry.
eklexic is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry.
Orders take between 1-5 days to produce and ship. EVEN WHEN OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS SELECTED AS THE SHIP METHOD. Should you need your order before then - you may be able to rush your order for an additional fee of $30. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and will be contacted by a sales representative if approved.
Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

Eklexic Jewelry only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Eklexic Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but Eklexic Jewelry. Eklexic Jewelry will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier.
International: We ship all over the world utilizing a USPS, UPS & DHL carriers, international rates apply to all orders. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments and for any delays or other issues that may arise.
eklexic is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to eklexic for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
We do not use customer provided shipping accounts.
Fulfillment:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the same day and shipped within 2 business days unless something is out of stock.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day and shipped the with in 2 business days after processing unless something is out of stock.
- If you purchased an out of stock item you will be notified by email.
- Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM (PST) or over the weekend the order will be processed on Monday and shipped within 2 business days from that day.
Return to Sender / Incorrect Address at the time of Purchase:
If you place an order and you submit the wrong address at the time of purchase, please e-mail our customer service department info@ekelxic.com within 10 minutes of purchase to guarantee that your request can be completed.
All orders that are sent out with Free Shipping - that are returned to sender due to incorrect information on behalf of customer will incur a $11 re-shipping fee for Domestic orders.
The eklexic team works hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. However, in the case of the customer entering a wrong address, the re-shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
PACKAGE DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Eklexic is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but not received. If after 21 days your package has still not been delivered please reach out to our customer service team for further investigation.

- If there's any exchange cost difference, we will send an invoice. Any balance owed to you after shipping will be credited as store credit.
