ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide refunds on any styles. We accept exchanges and return requests for store credit only (this does not apply to fine jewelry). Store credits can not be combine with any sale, discount or promo codes. To initiate a return please email email@example.com and either provide the item you wish to exchange for or indicate you prefer a store credit. Items returned must be in new unused condition and returned it it original packaging. If the jewelry shows any signs of wear it will be returned to you. All returns must be initiated with in 14 days of the delivery date.
If you purchased an eklexic piece from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from eklexic.com.
All FINE Jewelry is FINAL SALE, this applies to All diamonds & 14k solid gold items. All Fine Jewelry is custom made & made to order. No exchanges or returns are accepted.
The customer is responsible for the cost of a return. Please save original packaging to make your return easier. We are a small, family run business, and cannot absorb the cost of both free outgoing and incoming freight. Thank you for understanding.

Some styles may be exchanged for a different style(s) at a 20% restocking fee within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when a style is exchanged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Should you have a remaining balance after your exchange, this will be provided in the form of store credit.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
