Orders:
Orders may be placed online at https://eklexic.com at any time.
Order Fulfillment:
All orders are made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.
Orders take between 1- 7 days to produce and ship. EVEN WHEN OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS SELECTED AS THE SHIP METHOD. Should you need your order before then - you may be able to rush your order for an additional fee of $30. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and your credit card will be charged accordingly should it be approved by a sales representative.
Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.
Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will always notify the customer if this is the case.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can not be cancelled after an order is placed. Our order processing begins the very minute an order is confirmed so we are not able to cancel at any time for any reason.
Secure Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, AfterPay or Klarna. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
RETURNS:
BRASS JEWELRY
We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges. No refunds. Current or previous Discount codes DO NOT apply to exchanged items or store credits. ALL FINE JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE.
Should you have a remaining balance after your exchange, this will be provided in the form of store credit.

Sale or Promotional Discounted Items & Store Credit:
Exchanges are only available for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale or promotional discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code are considered final sale. Sale items cannot be combined with discount codes, and discount codes themselves cannot be combined. Additionally, Store Credit can not be combined with sales or promotional discount codes.

As stated above, product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.

Any promotions offered by eklexic will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. eklexic reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, eklexic has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.
